Ecosystem support

Catalyst

Its role is to support the definition of the strategic agenda and translate strategic priorities into concrete innovation initiatives. It coordinates service providers and offerings, while delivering value-added consulting across key areas such as vertical technologies, IP protection, fundraising, incubation and acceleration, and HR.

The purpose of this function is to organize, coordinate, and execute activities that animate the ecosystem and facilitate meaningful interactions, with the ultimate goal of enabling innovation to operate effectively within the ecosystem.

The Catalyst also oversees marketing and communication activities, as well as the planning and delivery of events. In addition, the Ecosystem Catalyst acts as the Technical Secretariat, supporting the organization of internal and external meetings and ensuring the effective execution of events, initiatives, and governance meetings.

Legal Secretariat

Responsible for managing all legal and compliance-related aspects, including antitrust policies and procedures, day-to-day legal and administrative management of the Network entity, preparation of legal documentation and procedures, agreements and standard policies, and oversight of tax compliance.

Admin Support

Responsible for providing support across all financial and accounting matters, including the preparation of financial statements, management control, treasury management, and cost accounting.

Ambrassadors

Their role is to facilitate connections between layers and ensure smooth communication flows, foster relationships with external stakeholders, and support interactions on specific topics. Ambassadors also provide dedicated support in identifying strategic insights and key trends.
